What materials can you print with?
We work with a wide range of materials to suit different needs and applications. These include PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU (flexible filament), and various types of resin for SLA printing. If you're unsure which material is right for your project, our team can help you choose the best option based on strength, flexibility, and finish.
How long does it take to complete a 3D printing order?
It depends on the size, material and level of detail. Small parts are often ready within a day or two, while large or multi-part pieces take longer. Send us your file or a description on Telegram and we will confirm a timeline with your quote.
Can I submit my own 3D model?
Yes. We accept .stl, .obj and .3mf files. Send your file to us on Telegram and we will check it for printability, flag anything that needs repairing, and come back with a price and a timeline.
Do you offer design assistance?
Yes. If you don't have a 3D file, we can model one from your sketches, photos, reference images or technical drawings. We can also repair or modify an existing model so it prints cleanly.
Where are you located?
Our studio is on Street 3R in Russey Keo, Phnom Penh, Cambodia. You are welcome to bring an object in for scanning or to collect a finished print in person.
How do I get a quote?
Message us on Telegram at @RS_Chesdachan with your model file or a description of what you need, the quantity, and your deadline. We usually reply the same day.

What payment methods do you accept?
Please confirm payment options with us on Telegram when you place your order.
When will I be charged for my order?
We confirm the price before any work starts, and agree payment timing with you at that point.
Can I get an invoice for my purchase?
Yes — ask us for one when you order and we will issue it.
Do you offer refunds or returns?
Custom-printed items are made to order, so please talk to us before ordering if you have concerns. If a print arrives faulty or does not match what was agreed, contact us and we will put it right.
Can I change my order after placing it?
If printing has not started yet, usually yes. Message us on Telegram as soon as possible and we will tell you what is still possible.
Do you deliver?
We can arrange delivery within Phnom Penh, or you can collect from the studio in Russey Keo.
